Exploring The Creative Process

Gregg Braden presents in a clear, powerful manner.  His discussion about the partnership between thoughts and feelings in the creative process is excellent. (Gregg Braden “Louise Hay Film” Interview 5 of 6.)

Some excerpts….

When thought and emotion combine, you can move mountains. This is a literal thing – not a metaphor!

Gregg asked a Shaman about his process for praying.

Shaman:  “Our prayer is about creating a feeling.”

In the West we have lost the texts that originally told us that feelings are a ‘language’.  Instead we began to  think that the words themselves were  the prayer. We learnt to say the  words.  But we were not taught to add  the vital ingredient – feeling.

In so doing, we lost our ability to really pray – and thus to change our reality in an elegant way. We came to rely upon a benign “Father figure” to look kindly upon our requests and pleas for help.

What is the force that holds the universe together?

“Compassion”, the Abbot answered.

Compassion is a feeling that we experience in our bodies.  So in effect, we have the ability to feel in our own bodies the stuff that holds this universe together!

The Matrix and the power of feelings

In the video below, scientist Gregg Braden, discusses the concept of ‘The Matrix’ and how understanding it presents an opportunity for us to shape our own lives.

According the Braden’s research, the heart has the strongest electrical field in the human body. In a universe that is essentially electrical in nature (energy in motion consisting of vibrations, harmonics, frequencies) feelings create and change reality.

Note: Thoughts trigger feeling states within us, though feelings are usually more obvious.

Western science is only just starting to realize everything is connected energetically.  Native cultures have known this for centuries.

For example, Eastern healers see a sick person as ‘whole’, never as ‘sick’. They project strong feelings of well-being to the patient. In receptive patients a healing (miracle) can occur within minutes. The patient accepts the new self image of health from the practitioner and in so doing, is healed.

In the West we take a mechanical approach to healing. One that is external to the recipient (in the form of drugs, surgery). However Western science is starting to realise the power of feelings in the healing process.

Science meets metaphysics: the holographic universe

Here is an interview with Gregg Braden a scientist with a gift for making science ‘accessible’ to lay people.

Gregg has been billed as an international pioneer in bridging science and spirituality.
In this excellent video he discusses what holograms are and provides many beautiful images by way of illustration.

He talks about the intrinsic nature of the Universe -- how everything within the universe is holographic in nature -- and the implications for anyone interested in directing the amazing power of their mind.

“A hologram is a pattern that is whole and complete unto itself and, at the same time, it is part of an even greater pattern that is whole and complete unto itself -- while at the same time is part of an even greater pattern.” (ad infinitum)

And here’s the staggering part …. “the beauty of the hologram (is that) any place in the pattern of a hologram where you make one little change, that change is mirrored throughout the rest of the hologram.

For a window into the amazing power of the human mind and your own potential personal power, see the video the Holographic Universe below.
